Long Island Canine Class is proud to introduce our course in advanced dog training, a preparatory class for the pet assisted therapy test. At the end of the course, a registered evaluator from Therapy Dogs International will conduct the test to certify our students as therapy dog teams for their organization. Classes are held at a local nursing home. This Course is challenging as well as rewarding, enjoyable for the dogs, handlers, and residents.
